Pamela Anderson Sued For Building Failure
Pamela Anderson is being countersued by a big-time developer/former boyfriend who claims her flakiness cost him $22.5 million.
Laurence Hallier, who runs a company that built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas, signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006, in which she promised to promote the sale of the condominiums by making various personal appearances, and in return she'd get her very own condo.
Short story ... Hallier says in his lawsuit, unlike Leo DeCaprio, who was so effective in promoting Panorama he helped sell more than 100 condos, Pam flaked on appearance after appearance.
Hallier blames Pam on his company's failure to sell a number of the condos and is suing for $22.5 million --- which represents losses from the unsold units.
Pam has already sued Hallier for $1 million, claiming he never gave her the condo he promised. Pam says according to her deal, if she didn't get the condo Hallier was supposed to pay her $1 million, but Hallier says she's not entitled to the dough because she didn't perform her duties.
We contacted Pam's rep. So far, no comment.

Ricky Romance FIGHT -- The Urination Explanation
Ricky Romance says his BRUTAL slap fight with a nightclub bouncer all stemmed from a bad pee pee emergency ... when Ricky had to go so badly, that he whizzed in the outdoor smoking area.
Ricky tells TMZ, it was just before closing time at Playhouse nightclub and his bladder was about to burst -- so he hit up the men's room ... but the line was ridiculous.
So, Ricky claims, he went out back to the smoking area and relieved himself against a wall -- at which point a giant hand grabbed him by the shoulder, and escorted him out through a rear exit.
Ricky says he apologized profusely, pleading with the bouncer to let him back in so he could grab his things and leave -- but security wasn't having it. And that's when the slap fight broke out.
Ricky, who was last seen in a bouncer's death grip, says he was eventually released unharmed ... which is more than we can say for his torn jacket and ripped shirt.

"Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano plans to kick off next season with a LOT more booty -- telling TMZ, she went under the knife yesterday ... for a $30,000 full-body surgery, including a massive ASS LIFT.
Renee says she was a little nervous about the 5-hour procedure -- but gave it a lot of thought, and ultimately decided to take the plunge. According to Renee, the "full-body lift" also includes a tummy tuck.
The mafiosa tells us, she's not getting the surgery because she's self-conscious -- she's getting it because she gained a lot of weight since Season One ... and she's always wanted junk in her trunk.
According to Renee, the show had nothing to do with the procedure -- "Mob Wives" didn't pressure her to get the work done ... and they didn't pay for it either.
The recovery time for such major surgery takes about 10 days -- but once she's in the clear, Renee tells us, she can't wait to get naked.

TMZ has learned Mistress #4 Jamie Jungers will appear on an upcoming episode of "Judge Joe Brown" to fight her landlord in TV court over allegations that Jungers flaked on $2,000 in back rent.
The landlord had filed a lawsuit against Jungers in Vegas -- but once both parties agreed to take their case to Judge J.B. ... they filed papers to dismiss the case ... and will live by whatever ruling the Judge dishes out.
A spokesperson for the show tells us the episode featuring Jungers -- -- best known for winning the Mistress Beauty Pageant on "The Howard Stern Show" -- will air some time in the fall.

Dodgers Fan Who Confronted Beating Victim ID'd
The man in the bleachers who got into a verbal altercation with the Los Angeles Dodgers beating victim shortly before the attack is a die-hard Dodgers fan ... TMZ has learned.
The man is Juan Banda, seen here posing with former Dodgers first baseman Eric Karros outside Dodger Stadium. We don't know when the photo was taken.
We're told after TMZ posted the video Monday morning -- showing Banda taunting beating victim Bryan Stow -- people from Banda's office told him to call the LAPD.
The LAPD says their original suspect, Giovanni Ramirez, is still the prime suspect.

Chuck Liddell Takes HUGE HIT In Custody Fight
Chuck Liddell got smacked around by his baby mama in court today -- when an L.A. judge ordered the fighter to pay $6,000 per month in child support after Chuck no-showed to the hearing.
Liddell has been going toe-to-toe with his ex Lori Geyer for months -- in an effort to gain custody of their 12-year-old son.
But today in L.A. County Superior Court, the judge came down hard on Liddell -- because in addition to the child support, Liddell was also FINED $2,500 for failing to produce financial documentation requested by the court.
TMZ contacted Liddell's lawyer, who told us Chuck didn't show because "[Lori's] attorney failed to provide notice in an attempt to obtain favorable decision."
But Lori's attorney, Brian Kramer, tells us he has proof that Chuck received notice -- adding, "[Liddell's lawyer] had no valid excuse to boycott these proceedings."

After the guests arrived to the party, the couple disappeared ... only to re-emerge behind a massive curtain ... which dropped to reveal both Mike and Lahika dressed in wedding outfits.
With the crowd completely surprised, the couple proceeded to renew their vows in a traditional Muslim ceremony.
We're told the two decided to do the big "wedding" party this time around because they skipped out on a celebration when they were secretly married at a small Vegas chapel back in 2009 ... two weeks after Mike's 4-year-old daughter passed away.
Sources tell us the party was AWESOME -- guests had their choice of a steak or chicken entree ... and then they partied it up in the hotel's ballroom with a live band.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... Chuck Lorre's plan is to make sure Charlie Sheen can NEVER come back on the show. Although the first show won't be filmed until August 5, producers have been kicking around scenarios, which include Charlie driving a car over a cliff.
Of course, it would be art imitating life, because two of Charlie Sheen's cars went down a cliff on Mulholland Drive.
As for how Ashton Kutcher enters the picture, there's been talk that he buys Charlie's house after Charlie kicks the bucket.

The jury found the ex-Illinois Governor guilty on 17 out of 20 charges, including wire fraud, attempted extortion, bribery, and on and on.
The wiretap that may have done Blago in captures him saying, "I've got this thing and it's f**king golden, and, uh, uh, I'm just not giving it up for f**king nothing. I'm not gonna do it."
